And their warranty is off the charts. 2 yrs 24K and going to 3 yrs. Prices excellent and per hour generous to the staff and considerably better than competitors. | L&L always provides solid, friendly service. They do a good job on the car and Richard and Brian do a great job communicating. They keep you up to date on what is going on and lay out the options available. What has always impressed me is that I will ask them to look at the brakes or check something, and they will say ?Brakes are good? or ?That?s in good shape.? Other places over the years, as soon as they hear brakes they come back with ?yes, you do need new brakes.? Basically I just trust L&L Automotive will all five of my family?s cars. |
