| I was concerned about my brake performance. L&L was easy to make an appointment with. They inspected my brake problem and emailed me a thorough estimate the same day. Brian responded to my issues of concern and was respectful and responsive to special requests in a timely manner. The job was performed completely, and the total cost was less than the original estimate. The car brakes well now, and I feel safe when driving. Following the repair work requested, a detailed list of observed issues of concern was provided to me, along with a price estimate for the recommended repairs. I had a tire expert inspect my wheels and tires and determined the recommended replacement of one tire and two wheels was not necessary at this time. I do not doubt that the other suggested improvements would do my car a world of good, but because the Blue Book value of my 1993 Honda Civic Hatchback CX is approximately 1/10 the amount of the estimated repairs, and because Hays County property taxes are eating my lunch at this time, I will be contemplating the priority and necessity of follow-up procedures for the foreseeable future. |
